Message Statuses

Message Statuses

Channel	Status	Description
SMS (Short Message Service)	PENDING	The message is waiting to be sent.
	DELIVERED	The message has been successfully delivered to the recipient.
	SENT	The message has been sent to the carrier for delivery.
	FAILED	The message failed to be delivered to the recipient.
	REJECTED	The message was rejected by the carrier and not sent.
	DND	The recipient has activated the Do Not Disturb (DND) service and the message cannot be delivered.
	ACCEPTED	The message has been accepted by the carrier for delivery.
	DUPLICATE	The message has already been sent to the recipient previously.
	INVALIDNUMBER	The recipient's phone number is invalid and the message cannot be delivered.
	QUEUED	The message has been added to the queue and will be sent soon.
	FAILEDTOQUEUE	The message failed to be added to the queue and will not be sent.
	PARTIALLYSENT	The message was only partially delivered to the recipient.
	FAILEDTOSEND	The message failed to be sent to the carrier for delivery.
	INTERNALERROR	An internal error occurred and the message could not be sent.
	PARTIALDELIVERED	The message was partially delivered to the recipient.
	NOTDELIVERED	The message could not be delivered to the recipient.
	EXPIRED	The message has expired and cannot be delivered.
	UNDELIVERED	The message could not be delivered to the recipient.
RCS (Rich Communication Services)	PENDING	The message is waiting to be sent.
	DELIVERED	The message has been successfully delivered to the recipient.
	SENT	The message has been sent to the carrier for delivery.
	FAILED	The message failed to be delivered to the recipient.
